### Digital Signature for eCommerce Checkout

- The signature pad isn’t showing at checkout?

Check **Limit To Product Categories** and **Minimum Order Amount** under General Settings — the pad only appears when the cart matches those rules. Clear both if you want it to always show.
- I get “ZipArchive PHP extension is not available” when bulk-exporting?

Your server’s PHP doesn’t have the `zip` extension enabled. This is common on local environments (XAMPP, Laragon, etc.). Enable `php_zip` in your `php.ini` and restart your server, or ask your host to enable it.
- My PDF logo isn’t showing / order emails stopped sending after I added a logo?

The PDF logo must be a JPEG or PNG file — SVG is not supported by the PDF engine and is automatically skipped so it no longer affects emails. Re-check the **PDF Logo / Letterhead URL** setting and use a `.jpg` or `.png` image instead.
- Is the digital signature legally binding?

The signature is captured as an image and stored with the order, which can support legal compliance for waivers and consent forms. For a full audit trail (IP, browser, tamper-evidence hash), enable **Capture IP Address & Browser Info** under GDPR & PDF settings.
- Does this work with the WooCommerce Checkout block?

Yes, both the classic (shortcode) checkout and the block-based checkout are fully supported.
- I use High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) is this compatible?

Yes, the plugin reads and writes signature data through WooCommerce’s official order data methods, so it works correctly whether your store uses HPOS or the legacy orders table.
