Recovered Carts & Pending Orders

Recovered Carts Tab

Every cart that successfully converted into a paid order moves here automatically. You’ll see the customer, cart total, a link to the actual order, and the date it was recovered.

Use the Delete bulk action here to clean up old records you no longer need to keep.

Pending Orders Tab

This tracks WooCommerce orders that were placed but payment was never completed (“pending payment” status) — a different situation from an abandoned cart, since a real order already exists.

You can manually trigger a follow-up for any order right away:

1. Select one or more pending orders using the checkboxes.
2. Choose Send Follow-up Email Now from the bulk actions dropdown.
3. Click Apply.
