Email Log

Every recovery email the plugin has ever sent is recorded here whether it was sent automatically by a rule, manually from the Abandoned Carts list, or as a pending-order follow-up.

Each entry shows the recipient, subject line, which rule triggered it (or “Manual”), the source, and the exact date/time sent.

Use this tab to confirm an email actually went out, or to audit how many reminders a specific customer received. Old entries can be removed with the Delete bulk action.
