Admin Notifications & Pending Order Settings

Still on the Settings tab, scroll down to these two sections:

Admin Notifications

  • Notify admin on recovery: toggle this on to get an email whenever an abandoned cart turns into a completed order
  • Notification email address: defaults to your site’s admin email, but you can send it anywhere

Pending Orders

  • Follow up on unpaid pending orders — master on/off switch for this feature
  • Hours between follow-ups — how long to wait before sending the next follow-up to the same order
  • Maximum follow-up emails — a cap so customers don’t get reminded indefinitely
